Apple devices install apps only from the App Store, which works in your favour: the steps are clear and updates are regular. The one difference is that some players charge an in-app fee that is entirely separate from the subscription.
What you need
An iPhone, iPad or Apple TV on as recent a system as possible.
A working Apple account on the device so you can install the player.
Your phone to photograph the MAC address, or your subscription details from support — depending on the player you choose.
The steps
Install one of the supported players from the App Store (the list is further down this page), and check the name — names in this field look alike.
Open the player: if it shows a MAC address, photograph it and send it to us on WhatsApp so we activate it; if it asks for details, copy and paste them as received.
On Apple TV use the remote app on your iPhone to type; it is far quicker than the physical remote.
Let the list finish loading, then test playback.
Notes specific to Apple
- App Store fees are separate from the subscription, and refunds for them go through Apple, not through this site
- If a player disappears from the store that is the store's decision and has nothing to do with your details
- Watching on mobile data uses your allowance quickly — Wi-Fi is better for long viewing
Samsung, LG and Apple — supported players
These screens only install apps from their own store, so the Android codes above do not apply. Use one of these players instead — no typing with the remote, activation is by MAC.

- IBO Player
- IBO VPN Player
- HQ Player
- CR Player
- Smarters VPN Player
- Duplex TV
- MessiTV
Activation by MAC, step by step
- Open the app store on the TVPress Home on the remote and go to Apps (Smart Hub on older Samsung models, the LG Content Store on LG, the App Store on Apple devices).
- Install one of the players belowInstall whichever is available for your model and country. The first one you find is enough — they all work the same way.
- Open it and photograph the MACOn first open the player shows a MAC address and a device key. Take a photo of the screen with your phone — easier than copying the characters.
- Send the photo on WhatsAppSend it with the player's name. Support attaches your subscription to that device and tells you when it is done.
- Reopen the player and testReopen it (or press Reload), wait for the channels to load, then play two channels from two different categories.
Do not close or reinstall the player after taking the photo — reinstalling can change the key. If you change the TV or reinstall, send the new MAC.
These are third-party players. Availability depends on your TV's maker and your country, they are not Delta's apps, and the plan does not include their licences — some charge their own fee after a trial.
Send the MAC photo on WhatsAppFrequently asked questions
Is the player free on the App Store?
It differs. Some are free and some charge an in-app fee separate from your subscription, so ask support before buying.
Does it work on more than one Apple device?
How many devices are allowed is part of the plan terms; confirm with support.
Why are some channels missing on iPhone?
It can be the content itself or the player. Send support the channel name so they can check it is in your package.
Not sure which plan or player suits your device? Send us the model on WhatsApp and we will confirm it before you pay.
