How to use the code

  1. Install the Downloader app from your device's store.
  2. Open it and type the code of the player you want.
  3. Let the file download, then choose Install.
  4. Open the player and sign in with the details support sent you — a code, or a username and password.

Install only from the links on this page, and never share your subscription details in a public group.

Samsung, LG and Apple — supported players

These screens only install apps from their own store, so the Android codes above do not apply. Use one of these players instead — no typing with the remote, activation is by MAC.

Activation by MAC, step by step

  1. Open the app store on the TVPress Home on the remote and go to Apps (Smart Hub on older Samsung models, the LG Content Store on LG, the App Store on Apple devices).
  2. Install one of the players belowInstall whichever is available for your model and country. The first one you find is enough — they all work the same way.
  3. Open it and photograph the MACOn first open the player shows a MAC address and a device key. Take a photo of the screen with your phone — easier than copying the characters.
  4. Send the photo on WhatsAppSend it with the player's name. Support attaches your subscription to that device and tells you when it is done.
  5. Reopen the player and testReopen it (or press Reload), wait for the channels to load, then play two channels from two different categories.

Do not close or reinstall the player after taking the photo — reinstalling can change the key. If you change the TV or reinstall, send the new MAC.

These are third-party players. Availability depends on your TV's maker and your country, they are not Delta's apps, and the plan does not include their licences — some charge their own fee after a trial.

Android, Android TV and Fire TV

Send the device name and operating-system version. Support will identify a compatible app and installation method, then you can sign in using your subscription details.

iPhone, iPad and Apple TV

Check that the right app is available for your device in the Apple App Store and works with your subscription details. App names and fees may differ from your Delta subscription charges.

Samsung and LG TVs

Send your TV model, year and operating system. App availability varies between models and app stores, so confirm compatibility before subscribing.

Windows and Mac computers

Ask support which player to use and how to enter your subscription details. Do not use server addresses or login details from an untrusted source.

Activation steps after receiving your details

  1. Install the compatible app you confirmed with support.
  2. Enter your subscription details exactly as supplied, without extra spaces.
  3. Wait for the content to load, then test playback.
  4. If you see an error, send its text and your device type to support without publishing your password.

If playback is buffering

Check your internet connection, try a wired connection or move closer to the router, and pause downloads while watching. Try a lower picture quality and contact support if the problem continues.
